Snapshots: The Samoan Shield

In Snapshots, Three Man Booth searches for images to share

The Shield has really taken a lot of the WWE and the WWE Universe by storm. The Trio of Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and … um, what’s his name again? You know, the one Vickie Guerrero forgot the name of mid-sentence? Hingle McCringleberry? No, Donkey Teeth? No! L’Carpetron Dook Marriot, that’s it! No? Oh! Dan Smith, right?

No, we kid Roman Reigns because his lineage speaks for itself. The Anoa’i family has a long history with professional wrestling, especially Samoan professional wrestlers. Wikipedia even has a family tree that shows the connections:

For a Larger View, Click Here

Brothers with Rosey, Cousins with Rikishi and the list goes on. Roman Reigns not only has a lot to work from but also a lot to live up to. With his debut match (and victory) at WWE TLC one of the main event matches, he’s already making good headway. The Rock – his uncle (we think we read that right) – debuted at a WWE Pay Per View also: Survivor Series 1996. However, unlike Reign’s match, that was not a marquee match-up. And it’s hard to one-up The Great One.

If all else fails, he could team with his cousins the Usos to establish the Anoa’i family crest in the WWE. Think Legacy but with a tan.

So That Happened: 12/10/12

RAW begins with Dolph Ziggler?! On a ladder?!

Dolph Ziggler says “Look at me, Ma! Top of the world. Right where I belong. On top!” Ziggler says he’s here to talk about two numbers: 6 and 15. 6 is the number of days before TLC PPV, while 15 being the days before Christmas. Ziggler says for John Cena, the numbers 6 and 15 are one in the same.

Dolph Ziggler blasts John Cena for losing the Money In The Bank and failing to win a championship after being handed opportunity after opportunity. Ziggler compares Mr. McMahon to Santa Claus saying that he’s giving John Cena a Christmas present by forcing Dolph Ziggler to put his MITB Contract on the line at TLC in a Ladder Match.

Dolph Ziggler says John Cena won’t be having a Merry Christmas because he plans to be the proverbial coal in Cena’ stocking. Ziggler says he’s going to shut John Cena once and for all by beating him at TLC. Ziggler says he’s then going to give himself the greatest Christmas Present of all time. He’s going to cash in his Money In The Bank contract on the Big Show, beat him and become the greatest World Heavyweight Champion of all time. As Dolph Ziggler tells us his dreams, he is interrupted by Sheamus.

Sheamus mocks Ziggler about his height then tells Ziggler that he won’t have to worry about cashing in his Money In The Bank contract on Big Show, Instead, Ziggler will have to worry about cashing in on Sheamus because Sheamus claims he’s going to be the new World Heavyweight Champion this Sunday.

Sheamus tells Dolph Ziggler that in order for those two to fight, Ziggler has to beat John Cena for in his ladder match. Sheamus laughs and says he doesn’t think it’s going to happen and that somewhere down the line, it’s going to be Sheamus vs. John Cena for the World Heavyweight Championship! Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler are interrupted by The Big Show

Big Show comes out saying “Blah” multiple times then starts imitating Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus throwing more blahs in there, then Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler delusional. Big Show says he would love to smear Sheamus’ “ignorant, Irish, immigrant” face all over the side of his fist, but he can’t due to the no-contact clause they signed on Smackdown.

Big Show compliments Dolph Ziggler being on top of the world and dares him to try and cash in the MITB tonight after he finishes beating John Cena. Big Show turns his attention back to Sheamus and says that he’s unsure whether he’s going to knock Sheamus out or if he’s going to knock that “pasty white skin” right off Sheamus’ bones with a steel chair. Sheamus laughs then asks for Big Show’s Christmas Spirit, but Big Show claims he has none. Sheamus claims Big Show doesn’t have Christmas Spirit because Sheamus threw RicRod into Big Show’s junk. To make an unfunny moment even un-funnier, Sheamus makes a bad Chestnut’s Roasting On An Open Fire joke.

Sheamus says he’s tired of not being able to fight the Big Show so he’s going to fight someone else. Sheamus then decides to push Dolph Ziggler off the ladder.

Match 01: Wade Barrett vs….

A WILD MCMAMAHON APPEARS!

Mr. McMahon walks out with a modified new walk.

Mr. McMahon brings out Vickie Guerrero. Similar to the past couple of weeks, McMahon persuades Vickie Guerrero into making Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler tonight, then tricks Vickie Guerrero into putting herself in a match with AJ Lee.

Mr. McMahon brings out R-Truth to face Wade Barrett.

Match 01: R-Truth vs. Wade Barrett (With Antonio Cesaro and Kofi Kingston on commentary)

Winner: R-Truth?!

Post-Match, R-Truth and Antonio Cesaro exchange words while Kofi Kingston climbs the top rope and hits Wade Barrett with a Flying Cross Body. Afterwards, Kofi and R-Truth celebrate.

Backstage: AJ Lee walking around backstage telling everyone how excited she is about her match with Vickie Guerrero. AJ tells Aksana about her match and struggles with Vickie Guerrero, Aksana asks if John Cena knows, then AJ says he doesn’t know then goes to find him. Before she finds Cena, she hugs Kaitlyn and tells her about the match with Vickie Guerrero. AJ asks if Kaitlyn’s seen John Cena. Kaitlyn says she thinks he’s in the locker room then tries to advise AJ not to go in there. AJ goes in anyway.

AJ Lee barges in and hugs John Cena and tells him the news as John Cena tries to cover AJ’s eyes from seeing all of the Superstars in the men’s locker room. Cena gets AJ out of the locker room then apologizes to the Superstars in the locker room.

Match 03: Alicia Fox vs. Handsome Eve Torres

Winner: Handsome Eve Torres

Post-match, Handsome Eve Torres calls the ringside photographer in the ring so she can pose with the Divas Championship over Alicia Fox.

CM Punk Speaks For The First Time Since His Injury:

CM Punk mentions that there are members of the WWE Universe that doubt the validity of his injury and surgery. Punk mentions that the same people think he’s doing this to get out of a match with Ryback. Punk
says this the injury is 100% real and this is what happens when you’re the WWE Champion for 388 days.

CM Punk shows the injury Ryback caused him as the crowd chtants “FEED ME MORE.” Paul Heyman takes the mic and says he hates to be the bearer of bad news, but the WWE Universe is ticking him off. Heyman blasts the WWE Universe for chanting “Feed Me More” 6 days after Punk had knee surgery.

Paul Heyman calls CM Punk a legitimate champion unlike the New Jersey Devils, who haven’t brought Jersey a title in years. Heyman states Punk has a real injury and no stunt doubles unlike The Rock, who was sitting in his trailer mixing his mocha latte with his finger while his stunt double did all the work. Heyman says CM Punk is not complaining and that he’s standing before the WWE Universe as champion. Heyman encourages CM Punk for showing up at RAW tonight with a knee injury, unlike The Rock who hasn’t shown up in months and still gets a title shot.

Paul Heyman says that CM Punk will defend The Rock for the WWE Championship at The Royal Rumble because Ryback is behind him and Punk isn’t going anywhere. Heyman says that CM Punk remains the reigning/defending WWE Champion and most importantly, the Best In The World.

CM Punk says he’d like to take the time out to address the vocal minority that thinks he should be stripped of the WWE Title. Punk says the notion that he would create a felonious injury from a man who’s not even smart enough to keep the WWE Champion healthy so he can obtain the WWE Championship is ridiculous. Punk says if anyone believes he should be stripped of the WWE Championship, strip him right now. Punk mentions all the Superstars who failed to strip the championship from him then asks who’s going to do it?

CM Punk says that The Rock gets one shot at the Royal Rumble, but he will also fail. Punk says this Sunday, anyone else would be nursing their injury, but CM Punk will be there this Sunday at TLC watching the show. Punk says he’s going to watch The Shield, who he’s not affiliated with, do to Ryback, what Ryback did to him.

Match 04: Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus

Dolph Ziggler hits a Top Rope Facebuster on Sheamus!

Sheamus somehow kicks out.

Dolph Ziggler leaves the ring then grabs a chair. Ziggler hits Sheamus with the chair causing himself to get DQ’d.

Winner: Sheamus

Post-Match, Dolph Ziggler tries to hit Sheamus with the chair, but Sheamus Brogue Kicks the chair. Ziggler immediately leaves the ring, wanting no part of Sheamus.

Backstage: Vickie Guerrero is stretching until she’s interrupted by Hornswoggle. Hornswoggle asks what’s wrong and Vickie says she’s a little tight. Hornswoggle and Khali stretch Vickie Guerrero out as Mr. McMahon walks in, says “I thought this was supposed to be a family show” then leaves. Vickie Guerrero kicks Khali and Hornswoggle out her office.

Match 06: AJ Lee vs. Vickie Guerrero

Brad “#HeatthrobRef” Maddox comes out as the official for the AJ Lee/Vickie Guerrero match.

Vickie Guerrero sneaks a roll up. #HeartthrobRef quickly counts the pin.

Winner: Vickie Guerrero

Post-match, Vickie Guerrero skips away as AJ Lee throws a tantrum in the ring.

(We made two Super Saiyan photos already. Does anyone really want a third?)

AJ Lee pushes down ladders, destroys equipment then slaps Justin Roberts.

Backstage: AJ Lee is still destroying equipment and screaming. John Cena runs over to her and tries to calm her down. Cena eventually calms AJ down and gives her a hug. AJ Lee cries in John Cena’s arms as Cena reassures AJ that she will be fine and that it’s not the end of the world.

Match 07: Kofi Kingston vs. Antonio Cesaro

Antonio Cesaro comes out and trashes America for going rotten, especially in New Jersey. Cesaro says that no one needs Antonio Cesaro as their United States Champion more than the WWE Universe. Cesaro says at the TLC Pay-Per-View, R-Truth is going to find out that the truth hurts.

Kofi Kingston tries to jump at Antonio Cesaro but gets caught in the best backbreaker ever.

Winner: Antonio Cesaro

MizTV with Rhodes Scholars

The Miz welcomes everyone to TLC then introduces Rhodes Scholars AKA “The Beardo and The Weirdo” Damien Sandow comes out and tells Miz that the only thing worse than Miz having his own show are the ignoramuses that actually watch it. Miz fires back by saying the guests he has on it are worse. A loud “Cody’s Mustache” chant breaks out.

Damien Sandow says that it is his honor and privilege to reintroduce to the WWE Universe his tag team partner and best friend, Cody Rhodes. Sandow asks for the WWE Universe to act like an adult and remain silent for the new and improved Cody Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes thanks Damien Sandow for the proper introduction then tells Miz that Rhodes Scholars is a revelation, but Miz must’ve missed that because he spends days and nights in his hotel room watching Youtube clips of himself in the Main Event of Wrestlemania 27 from 2 years ago, when he was still relevant. Rhodes says they’re like Princeton University, an intellectual island force to live in a state of some of the most dense Americans in the country, New Jersey. The Miz apologizes to Cody then says, “I “mustache” you a question”

The Miz asks Cody Rhodes if he really grew that hideous piece of fur or did some of Damien Sandow’s beard rub off on him. Miz says he’s heard of hugging it out, but kissing it out is Team Unity. Sandow says how ironic is it is that someone who used to be a star of a reality show has completely lost touch with reality. Miz goes into his “Really?” routine then says it’s ironic that Rhodes Scholars thinks they’re going to beat Team Hell No for the tag team titles when they won’t even be able to beat Team Rhodes Scholars. Miz says that they’re going to hit the ground faster than Manny Pacquiao in the 6th.

Damien Sandow says Miz isn’t a very good host. The crowd cheers but Sandow says he didn’t ask for the WWE Universe’s irrelevant opinion. Sandow says not only does Miz have bad form, but he finds Miz’s questions to be repugnant, especially when they’re directed towards the future WWE Tag Team Champions. Miz says he’ll ask more refine questions. Miz asks Cody Rhodes how does he feel that Damien Sandow didn’t visit him once after his injury? Miz also asks Cody how he feels about Damien Sandow walking around the locker room claiming that he carries Cody on his back. Miz claims Sandow said that Cody is the “Jannetty” to Sandow’s “Shawn Michaels.”

The Miz asks Cody Rhodes how does it feel that Damien Sandow thinks no matter what Cody Rhodes does, Cody will always be overshadowed by somebody, whether it is his father or Tag Team Partner. Damien Sandow gets fed up but Cody Rhodes calms him down.

Cody Rhodes tells Miz that for someone who’s made a career out of proving people wrong, maybe Miz’s current slump has to do with the fact that Miz has become one of “those people.” Cody says he wouldn’t take the word of a man dressed like Colonel “Damn” Sanders over the word of his esteemed tag team partner. Sandow thanks Cody Rhodes as Cody says they’re not going to perpetuate this ignorant Honey Boo-Boo-esque trash talk any further then ends the interview.

The Miz asks if it was something he said as a “Cody’s mustache” chant breaks out. Miz takes it one step further by saying since he saw Sandow’s pink trousers and smelled Cody Rhodes’ mustache, he has a new name for Rhodes Scholars: “The Pink and The Stink.”

Backstage: John Cena is walking towards the ring. AJ Lee surprises Cena then says that she wants to accompany him to ringside for the match, AJ says she wants to support Cena because he’s been supporting her so much for the past few years. Cena tells AJ that he has a match against The Big Show. AJ says she knows she has a bad history with The Big Show but she wants to accompany him anyway. Cena eventually talks AJ out of coming down to the ring with him.

Match 08: John Cena vs. Big Show (With Dolph Ziggler on commentary)

A little girl cries as John Cena makes his entrance.

The Sheild enters the ring and attack John Cena. Roman Reigns is a little late.

Winner: John Cena by DQ

Team Hell No comes out and joins the brawl.

Dolph Ziggler joins the brawl next followed by Sheamus.

Big Show gets speared through a table.

Wreck It Ryback comes out next and joins the brawl.

The Meme Event: WWE comes to Pacland

In The Meme Event, 3MB shares wrestling inspired Memes.

Last Saturday, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiáo was KNOCKED OUT in the 6th Round in a rematch against Juan Manuel Marquez. Shortly after Pacquiáo’s defeat, the internet did what they do best and turned his defeat into a meme called Pacquiáoing.

Pacquiáoing looks similar to Planking, but unlike Planking, Pacquiáoing comes with a bitter taste of defeat. Now, we know what you’re thinking? What does this have to do with wrestling? C’mon. You think the internet was just going to make one picture of Simba and Pacquiáo and be done with it? No! Of course not! The internet made several more of these memes, including Manny “Pacman” Pacquiáo vs. WWE Superstars from the past and present.

I wish we could take credit for these, but we can’t. So please enjoy these gifts from the internet, spotlighting Manny “Pacman” Pacquiáo’s defeat and apparently, his short-lived career as WWE Enhancement Talent.

Off topic, but how great was Wrestlemania X8 for the Gamecube?
Many of these memes can be found on Tumblr or other Meme related websites. If you have any more wrestling related Pacquiáoing, please let us know in the comments section or on our Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr pages.

Tough break, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiáo. But look at it this way: It could be worse. You could be Bart Gunn.

Unprofessional Wrestling: "Camel Clutch!"

The 3ManBooth DVR records anything with “Wrestling” in the Title or Description. Good or Bad, We’ll Share Its Unprofessional Wrestling

One of the interesting things about being a wrestling fan is even when you’re not looking for professional wrestling, you find professional wrestling. In America, wrestling comes on TV at least once 5 times a week, and 6 if you count pay-per-views. There’s nothing wrong with this. We all love wrestling, but sometimes, you want to take a break from the John Cena’s and Jeff Hardy’s of the world and watch something different. Something like, oh, I don’t know, FOX’s comedy, New Girl?

Courtesy of IMDB

For those who haven’t seen New Girl, it’s a comedy about an adorkable (Their word. Not mine.) girl named Jess who lives in an apartment with three guys (Nick, Schmidt and Winston) and has a hot model best friend named CeCe. In the beginning of this week’s episode “Bathtub,” begins with the three guys watching this!

After the reveal of Hulk Hogan and The Iron Sheik, Schmidt puts Nick in a “camel clutch” that Sin Cara would be proud of.
Don’t try this at home, kids.
Shortly after, Jess shuts off the wrestling with an announcement that’s not nearly as important as the birth of Hulkamania. The rest of the episode is entertaining and  can be seen here, but the point is on Tuesday, on “The Night Of No Wrestling,” there was a wrestling reference on broadcast TV.

But the random wrestling references don’t end here. Fast Forward to Thursday’s episode of FX’s Fantasy Football Sitcom, The League.

Courtesy of jeffmoocow

As you can see in the gif above, The League is no stranger to wrestling references. But this episode takes it to a whole new level.

Semi-Spoiler Alert: Kevin thinks Andre took advantage of him by initiating a trade of one of Kevin’s players while Kevin was loopy from his colonoscopy. To settle this dispute, the guys go to Ruxon’s brother-in-law, Rafi, to for help. Rafi comes up with a plan for Kevin and Andre to settle their differences.

Courtesy of Uproxx
My small synopsis doesn’t even do the episode justice. It really needs to be seen to be believed. It’s currently not available on Hulu, but keep a look out for it. And for all you non sportsketball fans, it’s okay. The League is still watchable. Even if you don’t know your Tebows from your Free Throws. Yes, I’m aware those are two different sports.

After getting my wrestling quota filled by iMPACT, this was the last thing I expected to see on a show about Fantasy Football. Still, I enjoyed the wrestling references on a non-wrestling program. Let’s keep them coming, television  Maybe the next one will be a Colt Cabana/Happy Endings crossover.

So That Happened: 12/03/12

Kane calls out The Shield who’s in the crowd. Kane calls them out on fighting for injustice. Kane tells The Shield to come down and he’ll give them something to fight about. The Shield refuses to do anything as the crowd chants “You Suck!”

Match 01: Daniel Bryan and Kane vs. The Prime Time Players

The Prime Time Players have new music

Throughout the match, The Shield is slowly making their way towards the ring.

Winners: Team Hell No

Post-Match, The Shield jumps Daniel Bryan and Kane.

Backstage: John Cena and Sheamus are trading jokes. Cena says something about having a giraffe. Sheamus thanks Cena for being on Smackdown. Cena says it was a win-win for him, then Sheamus goes on an unfunny tangent. Cena and Sheamus go over strategy for their match against Dolph Ziggler and Big Show, while poking light at Sheamus’ alcoholism.

Match 02: AJ Lee vs. Tamina Snuka

Loud AJ chants break out.

Winner: AJ Lee

CM Punk walks down to the ring.

CM Punk/Paul Heyman Promo Paul Heyman introduces himself then tells a story of him taking the new WWE Encyclopedia from his children with him on the road today. Heyman says he doesn’t like the book because there’s not nearly enough about the reigning and defending WWE Champion, CM Punk.

Paul Heyman says that the interesting fact in this encyclopedia was John Cena’s 380 day Title Reign. Heyman tells us that at midnight, CM Punk will tie then surpass John Cena’s title reign, making Punk the longest reigning WWE Champion in the past 25 years. Heyman says now that the WWE Universe can’t argue with him. CM Punk is Best In The World and that Punk should front and center on WWE’s Mount Rushmore.

CM Punk says despite this, he stands before the WWE Universe still unfairly persecuted. Punk says he’s proven for a year that he’s the Best In The World and that’s not a slogan you put on a t-shirt, that’s a fact. Punk says if there was a WWE Mount Rushmore, the face that would go above Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker’s would be his.

CM Punk bashes the crowd for still treating him with disrespect, then mentions another fact. He defeated Ryback at Hell In A Cell, then John Cena AND Ryback, then complains about having to defend his WWE Championship in a TLC Championship against Ryback again. CM Punk blames the WWE Universe for this then points out that he’s held the WWE Champion longer than some people in the crowd have held a job or a marriage. CM Punk goes through all of the “reasons” why the WWE Universe thinks he’s a WWE Universe (Paul Heyman, Brad Maddox and The Shield)

CM Punk says those are all lies and that the truth is CM Punk is the reason Greensborough bought a ticket tonight. Punk says if it wasn’t for him, the WWE Universe would have nothing to look forward on these dismal Monday Night RAWs. Punk reiterates one more time that he has nothing to do with Brad Maddox and The Shield, but he has everything to do with being WWE Champion.

CM Punk tells the WWE Universe to put their money where their mouth is and change the channel if they don’t like it, then tells the crowd to leave if they don’t like him as WWE Champion.

The Miz’s theme music hits and he comes out to interrupt CM Punk, The Miz hits CM Punk with his “REALLY?” spam then tells the WWE Universe to sit down and enjoy themselves.

The Miz tells CM Punk that nobody believes him. Punk asks Miz who does he think he is interrupting him, then Miz goes into “Who Am I?” spam mode. Miz says he’s the guy who cheated, scammed and took every shortcut possible when he was WWE Champion, but at least he admits it.

The Miz calls CM Punk out on Brad Maddox and The Shield helping him at Hell In A Cell and Survivor Series, then the next night on RAW. Punk tells “Mike” that if he wants to be proven wrong, all he has to do is march down to the ring in his Gucci shoes and CM Punk will put his knee to Miz’s face and put him to sleep. The Miz corrects CM Punk by telling him that his shoes are Louboutins.

3MB Social Media Ambassador for this week: Former WWE Diva Maryse:

The Miz says proving Punk’s credibility is exactly why he came out here. Miz says he and Punk don’t need to fight or wrestle because they can do that anytime. Instead, Miz has the brilliant idea to invite CM Punk on MizTV to take a….wait for it….Lie Detector Test.

Paul Heyman questions The Miz’s proposal when Miz knows how CM Punk feels about Miz behind the scenes. The Miz mocks Paul Heyman’s tone of voice then calls Paul Heyman a “Human Walrus.” CM Punk mouths “That’s a John Cena line” while The Miz tells Paul Heyman if he wanted him to talk, he would throw Heyman a fish. A “Walrus” chant breaks out. CM Punk tells the WWE Universe to apoligze. Miz apologizes then says Paul Heyman is a really BIG Walrus.

The Miz tells CM Punk that the Lie Detector Test is exactly what he wants and tells CM Punk to bring his best “Pipe Bomb.” Miz says he’s giving Punk exactly what he wants: A chance to clear his name, cement his legacy and shove it in everyone’s faces that he’s the Best In The World. Miz calls CM Punk out on being afraid of the truth and that he might be okay with walking around with an asterisk on his name. CM Punk agrees to the Lie Detector test, then says once he passes, Miz and the rest of the world will have to admit that CM Punk is the Best In The World.

Match 03: John Cena and Sheamus vs. Big Show and Dolph Ziggler.

Winner: John Cena and Sheamus

Tribute To The Troops Commercial feat. Flo-Rida and Miss Piggy

Damien Sandow Searches For An Apprentice:

Damien Sandow picks an ignoramus in an R-Truth shirt as a potential prospect.

Damien Sandow asks R-Truth Guy 3 Questions: What’s the chemical for H2O, Who the 1st President of the United States was, and what English poet wrote, “Much have I traveled in the land of gold.” R-Truth Guy gets the first two right, but not the 3rd. The answer was John Keats.

R-Truth Guy is NOT the apprentice, but he wins the Idiot Of The Day Award, plus a parting quote from Damien Sandow: “Ignorance is curable, but stupid is forever.” Sandow banishes R-Truth fan from the ring.

Damien Sandow is interrupted by Santino Marella, who isn’t power walking! Santino asks Damien Sandow, “How many she seashells does she sell Seashell by the Seashore?” Sandow is offended that Santino is interrupting his quest to ask about crustaceans, but Sandow tells Santino the answer is a Bivalve.  Santino says  the correct answer is a conk shell. Santino tries to bonk Sandow on the head, but Sandow hits Santino first.

Match 04: Damien Sandow vs. Santino Marella

Winner: Damien Sandow

Backstage: Dolph Ziggler is complaining to Vickie Guerrero, saying Big Show only cares about himself. Vickie tells Dolph she’s starting to lose faith in him. Ziggler reassures that he can beat John Cena and look good for it, then asks for a rematch at the TLC PPV. Vickie tells Ziggler, “Go show them, baby.” Dolph almost hugs Vickie Guerrero but she stops him. Ziggler tells Vickie someone’s in her office then walks off. Vickie walks back into her office then asks the mystery person who they think they are.

The Mystery Person Is…

Backstage: Vickie Guerrero is pissed Brad “#HeartthrobRef” Maddox is here. HTR says he’s here to make sure no one ever forgets the name…”#HeartthrobRef” HTR tries to get a contract back in the WWE by buttering up Vickie Guerrero. Not literally. HTR says if you put his face on RAW, it goes from Good TV to Great TV. Vickie gives Brad Maddox a match tonight and if he wins he gets a WWE contract. HTR asks who his opponent is, but Vickie says he’ll find out when he gets there. Vickie promises the match will be “Great TV.”

Match 05: Sin Cara vs. Alberto Del Rio

Sin Cara hits a scary looking hurricanrana

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

Mr. McMahon’s Rare Appearance:

Vickie Guerrero comes out and gives Mr. McMahon a great introduction. McMahon comes out to a standing/bowing ovation.

Vickie says Mr. McMahon looks handsome tonight. McMahon returns the compliment by saying she looks almost “semi-comely.” McMahon questions Vickie Guerrero’s TLC Matches, but Vickie cuts him off suggesting a match between John Cena and Dolph Ziggler. Vickie tells Mr. McMahon that it would be “epic.” McMahon is confused by the term epic.

Mr. McMahon tells Vickie Guerrero that the match needs a stipulation. Vickie proposes Cena vs. Ziggler in a No DQ match. McMahon tells Vickie to try a lot harder then forces her to think of a new one on the spot. McMahon mentions ladder match to her and Vickie Guerrero freaks out. Vickie says that a ladder match is not plausible since neither John Cena and Dolph Ziggler aren’t champions. McMahon suggests putting the Money In The Bank briefcase on the line.

Vickie Guerrero says it’s not fair to Dolph Ziggler, but Mr. McMahon says putting Cena and the WWE Universe through the whole AJ scandal wasn’t fair either. McMahon suggests that Vickie Guerrero owes them more than an apology like making this match official. Vickie Guerrero reluctantly makes John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler in a Ladder Match at TLC.

Vickie Guerrero tries to dismiss Mr. McMahon, but McMahon cuts her off. McMahon brings up the Lie Detector Test. McMahon tells Vickie Guerrero what if CM Punk was proven to be a liar then suggests action taking towards CM Punk because “No one likes a liar.” McMahon asks what CM Punk’s punishment would be? McMahon encourages Vickie Guerrero to make the match Paul Heyman vs. Ryback next week (If CM Punk is lying.) McMahon congratulates Vickie and tries to get the crowd to cheer for her idea, but it fails.

Match 06: Brad Maddox vs. Randy Orton

Winner: Randy Orton

Post-Match, The Shield attack Randy Orton.

Backstage: Vickie Guerrero is screaming at Charles Robinson. Vickie tells Robinson to tell Mr. McMahon that she’s not involved with the shield. Robinson runs off as Dolph Ziggler walks up. Ziggler freaks out about defending the Money in The Bank against John Cena then reminds Vickie about AJ making him defend his MITB against Chris Jericho.

Vickie tells Ziggler that he wanted this match and that Mr. McMahon was standing right next to her. Ziggler tells Vickie that he thought they were on the same page, but they’re not. Ziggler accuses Vickie Guerrero of being just like AJ Lee: A selfish, power hungry, amateur. Dolph Ziggler walks out as Paul Heyman walks up. Paul Heyman and Vickie Guerrero proceed to have the most awkward staring contest since Cody Rhodes/Manu/Randy Orton. Vickie Guerrero tells Paul Heyman that for his sake, he better hope CM Punk is telling the truth. Heyman smirks then walks off.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. John Cena KNOCKS on the door then walks up to Vickie Guerrero. Cena tells Vickie Guerrero that someone wanted to see him. Cena makes a joke about going on 2 dates with Vickie Guerrero then it being a bigger disaster than Dolph Ziggler forgetting about the Five Moves of Doom. Cena says Vickie Guerrero actually made a great match then thanks Vickie. Vickie glares but Cena says he has a look of his own. Cena reminds Vickie about him being the only guy to cash in the Money In The Bank and lose, and that this time, he won’t make the same mistake again. Cena thanks Vickie one more time and tries to walk off.

Vickie Guerrero stops John Cena to tell him about some matching bowties PA’s found in AJ Lee’s locker. Vickie says she doesn’t like Cena, but she wants to warn him that AJ gets obsessed over everything. Vickie calls it pathetic, but Cena says that the pathetic thing is that the bowties are a wrong color and a hack job.

Cena says that Vickie has wasted everyone’s time with lies for weeks. Cena says Vickie can’t leave well enough alone. Vickie tells Cena that if he can’t learn from his past, history will keep repeating itself.

Match 07: Antonio Cesaro and Wade Barrett vs. Kofi Kingston and R-Truth

Teddy Long’s music hits and Teddy Long comes out. Teddy says that since Vickie Guerrero, Mr. McMahon and Booker T are pre-occupied and since Mr. McMahon wants to shake things up, Teddy Long is making this match a Fatal-4-Way Championship Match

Courtesy of Wrestling_Memes

As for which championship is defended, Teddy Long says the WWE Universe will decide via #RAWActive Poll.

The winner of the #RAWActive Poll is…

Match 07: Antonio Cesar vs. Kofi Kingston vs. R-Truth vs. Wade Barrett for the U.S. Championship

The Miz introduces Fredrick Abramson, of the “Guilford” (It’s Gilford) County Sherriff’s Department. The Miz fails. The Miz calls CM Punk out on his excuses and his affiliations with Brad Maddox, and The Shield. The Miz introduces CM Punk.

The Miz welcomes CM Punk to MizTV then tells him to let Mr. Abramson strap him in. CM Punk stops Miz from explaining the lie detector test. Punk trashes The Miz for sucking up to the WWE Universe then says that they should be ashamed for cheering The Miz. Punk says Miz’s title reign was completely forgettable so Miz is just trying to bring him down to his level. Miz says he wasn’t paying attention to CM Punk’s rants. CM Punk says he knows Miz wasn’t paying attention, just like Miz wasn’t paying attention in wrestling school.

CM Punk says The Miz sucks and asks if he’s lying. Miz says he doesn’t suck, but Punk’s Mom does! Miz follows it up with an “OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”

The Miz reminds CM Punk of the stipulation that if Punk is lying, Paul Heyman has to face Ryback next week. Miz asks CM Punk what his name is, asks if he’s been WWE Champion for 379 Days, if Rey Mysterio shaved his head bald, if he lost to Randy Orton at Wrestlemania 27. Punk answers them all truthfully then mocks The Miz for having The Rock help him win and getting a concussion at Wrestlemania. Miz calms Punk down and tells him that he wouldn’t want a faulty reading, then makes another walrus joke.

The Miz asks CM Punk if he thinks he can beat Ryback by himself. CM Punk says “Yes” and the lie detector test goes off. Miz says Mr. Abramson thinks he could be lying. Miz asks if CM Punk worked with Brad Maddox and The Shield then screams “ANSWER IT!” towards CM Punk. A loud “Yes!” chant breaks out.

The Shield enters the ring and attack The Miz, then destroys the MizTV set and The Miz.

Daniel Bryan and Kane hit the ring and attack The Shield, but the Numbers Game gets the best of them. A loud “FEED ME MORE” chant breaks out. Ryback’s theme plays and the crowd goes nuts.

Wreck It Ryback hurls Dean Ambrose over the top rope.

Wreck It Ryback, Daniel Byan and Kane beat The Shield all the way out of the arena. CM Punk stands up then taunts and attacks The Miz. Punk kicks The Miz out of the ring then celebrates. By the time Punk stops celebrating, Wreck It Ryback is back in the ring. Ryback hits the “Shell Shock” on CM Punk. Ryback leaves the ring then pulls out a table, ladder and chair.

Wreck It Ryback hits CM Punk with the ladder, then with the chair. Ryback grabs a table, then sets it up in the ring. CM Punk tries to crawl away but he can’t. The “FEED ME MORE” chant gets louder as Ryback grabs CM Punk, then powerbombs him through the table. Ryback puts his foot on CM Punk’s chest then chants “FEED ME MORE” with the crowd.
