So That Happened: #RAW Recap (08/24/15)

If we could be serious for a moment…

Last week, we were unable to do a RAW/Total Divas Recap due to a busy week in our personal lives. Our weeks are only going to get busier and busier, so instead of stopping recaps all together, we’re changing the format to make them quicker and easier to do. As fun as the full 3 Hour Narrative of RAW is, it’s incredibly time consuming to get tweets, gifs and memes for almost everything that happens on the show. This format will be toyed with within the coming weeks until we find something we’re comfortable with, but the RAW and Total Divas Recaps will still be entertaining and provide memes, gifs and YOUR Tweets.

Thanks for understanding. Now, onto the recap!

After beating John Cena at Summerslam and becoming United States Champion, Seth Rollins will get his wish. Tonight on RAW, The Authority will unveil a statue in Seth Rollins’ honor.

A pissed off Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman kick off RAW.

Heyman doesn’t blame the referee who didn’t see the tap or the timekeeper who freaked out when Undertaker tapped.

Paul Heyman continues to trash The Undertaker, calling out The Undertaker collapsing after the match with Brock Lesnar. Heyman says he has enough material to last all 3 hours of RAW.

Heyman says Brock Lesnar wants to fight The Undertaker one more time, but not at Wrestlemania, the Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, Madison Square Garden, Night Of Champions, any other day of the week, Heaven or Hell. Heyman says Brock Lesnar challenges The Undertaker to do it right here tonight, Brooklyn style.
