In Highlight Reel, 3MB will look at funny and interesting wrestling videos
This week on Monday Night RAW, John Cena – against all odds and with the help of Sting – was able to defeat Seth Rollins, Kane and The Big Show to not only gain momentum going into the Royal Rumble but also was able to get Team Cena – Erick Rowan, Ryback and Dolph Ziggler – their jobs back. It’s a good thing too. 2 weeks without the WWE can do strange things to a WWE Superstar. Rowan probably went back to his vineyard and Ryback probably curled up with a good book (The Secret) but what about Dolph Ziggler? If a Show Off shows off and there’s no one around, does he make a sound? Can one steal the show if there’s no show to steal?
Actually, Dolph is just helping his friend Kyle Kinane promote his new stand-up special, I Liked His Old Stuff Better, which premieres on Comedy Central January 23rd. Here is the video, in which Ziggler puts his promo skills to good with his tag team partner, Kinane. Then… it gets weird.
Kinane is not only a funny comedian but he’s also the voice of Comedy Central. Maybe he’ll return the favor for Ziggler some day and become his personal ring announcer. Plus, he likes wrestling!
or he likes pontificating about wrestling. Whatever. the point is: he’s funny. Check out his Comedy Central special.
