John Cena compares himself to The Undertaker, saying he came back a week later from Brock Lesnar’s beating, while The Undertaker has been radio silent since his beating from Brock Lesnar.
John Cena says at Night Of Champions, his strategy is Never Give Up. Cena shows Paul Heyman his “Never Give Up” towel and calls it his playbook. Cena wants Heyman to give that to Brock Lesnar, although he doubts Lesnar can read it.

Paul Heyman laughs and tells John Cena that he can’t help but be John Cena. Heyman says Cena living to be the hero of the WWE is his biggest problem. Heyman says Cena lives for the kids who love chanting “Let’s Go Cena,” but when Brock Lesnar is in the ring, all he hears is the referee, Paul Heyman and the suffering of his victims. Heyman tells John Cena that the key to beating Brock Lesnar is to give in to temptation.
Paul Heyman reminds John Cena about all of his hard work and the fans who continue to chant “Cena Sucks.” Heyman knows it gets to John Cena, but when the big, fat, ugly guy in the 6th Row says “Cena Sucks.” Heyman knows Cena just wants to say “Shut Up” to those fans and promises to help him give in by telling those fans to Shut Up. Heyman tells Cena they’ll do it together, then proceeds to tell the WWE Universe to Shut Up a few times.
After John Cena doesn’t join in, Heyman does a “You Can’t See Me” and does a short freestyle rap to the guy in the 6th Row.
Paul Heyman tells John Cena that he doesn’t need to sell his soul to the devil or him, but Cena needs to lose the wristbands and t-shirts, forget the whole concept of Hustle, Loyalty and Respect. Once Cena does that, he can be the one who beat the one that is the 1 in 21. If not, he can become one of the many victims who fell to the hands of Brock Lesnar. Paul Heyman claims that he believes in John Cena, but his client Brock Lesnar doesn’t think Cena has it in him.
As the WWE Universe chants “Let’s Go Cena/Cena Sucks”, John Cena almost tells the WWE Universe to Shut Up. Cena tells Paul Heyman to shut up instead.
John Cena knows Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar want to end John Cena, by having him turn his back on every person who believes a word that he says. Cena mocks what would happen if he did give in, saying Heyman and the fans would love it for a day, then run to the internet the next day just to tell him how much he sucks.
John Cena says Paul Heyman lives in a world that is Eat, Sleep, Conquer, Repeat where if Heyman had the chance to turn on Brock Lesnar, he would do it in a second. Cena tells Heyman that he lives life with purpose and being, because in his world, it’s “Eat, Sleep, Be John Cena, Repeat.”

Davin Dumar, a 10 year combat wounded Veteran and a Purple Heart Recipient. Cena calls Sgt. his hero and tells a story about Cena giving Dumar strength and Dumar giving him a Purple Heart because he believes in John Cena.
