After boos from the WWE Universe, John Cena asks “Why?” Cena asks the WWE Universe why he deserved to face The Wyatt Family in a handicap match.
John Cena says the WWE Universe was given a choice between a fair fight and unsurmountable odds, and they chose the odds. Cena says the WWE Universe overwhelmingly chose to give him no chance and last week he was forced but to face all 3 members of The Wyatt Family. Cena asks The WWE Universe “Why?” again.
John Cena quotes Batman: The Dark Knight, saying, “You either die a hero or you see yourself to become a villain.” Cena says he’s starting to believe that quote, then brings up the fact that 10 years ago, in St. Louis, he was drafted to Monday Night RAW. Cena says that night, he heard the loudest ovation in his entire career, but times have changes. Cena brings up the good and bad times with the WWE Universe, but says he has always put the WWE first and never abandoned the WWE Universe.
John Cena asks the WWE Universe why they are drawn to Bray Wyatt? Cena knows there will be a time he has to step aside and he agrees with the cheers that follow that. Cena says he is excited for that time because he sees greatness in future WWE Superstars like Roman Reigns, Cesaro, Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan and even NXT superstars like Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn. Cena says those guys have the same passion that he has for the WWE and WWE Universe.
John Cena tells the WWE Universe that Bray Wyatt is a dangerous man and not like those Superstars. Cena says when Wyatt speaks, it’s beautiful, captivating and motivating, but Wyatt’s heart is cold. Cena says Bray Wyatt’s passion isn’t the WWE. It’s Bray Wyatt.

John Cena says that the reason he is standing in the steel cage, the Wyatt Family will be kept out, but Bray Wyatt and his message will be kept in. Cena tells the WWE Universe that if Bray Wyatt escapes that cage, his message will be let out. Cena continues to talk, until he is cut off by The Wyatt Family.
A child’s voice is heard singing “He’s Got The Whole World.” More children are heard singing as John Cena stands in the ring confused. I’ll do my best to describe this, but it’s better to see it than believe it.
Bray Wyatt comes out with the choir, who continues to sing He’s Got The Whole World.

Heyman says the last person who got under his skin was The Undertaker and look what happened to him. Heyman tells Cesaro that Rob Van Dam wasn’t lying. Heyman calls himself a liar, a conniver, ruthless and unethical when it comes to business, but he takes his clients to the top. Cesaro says that’s all he needed to hear, then shakes Heyman’s hand.
