Snapshots: Cinco De Mayo

In Snapshots, Three Man Booth searches for images to share.

At ThreeManBooth, we like to educate as well as entertain. Cinco De Mayo is not a celebration of Mexico’s independence. It is, however, a celebration of the Mexico’s victory over the French Army at the Battle of Puebla. The victory was a large boost in the morale of Mexico, as the French Army was larger and better equipped at the time. This certainly is not the only place we’ve seen an underdog persevere in Mexico’s history:

Mexico’s grand tradition of Lucha Libre (Wrestling) has been filled with Luchadors (Masked Warriors, if will) overcoming odds to be victory in their Matches (Battles). What does all this mean for you? That means if you plan on celebrating Cinco de Mayo with copious Libations (Drinks), you still can. Just put on a wrestling mask before you do.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
