Stephanie McMahon mentions the warm welcome, and that she was born in the city of Hartford. Stephanie says that’s a privilege, but wants to talk about Money In The Bank. Stephanie mentions Daniel Bryan’s injury then mocks the fact that he will be out for much longer.
Stephanie McMahon switches her attention to Seth Rollins’ MITB Victory, claiming that it was a guarantee that he will become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Triple H calls Rollins the future of the WWE, then talks about the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match. Triple H calls the winner of the match, an A+ Player, then brings out the 15 Time WWE Champion, John Cena.

John Cena cuts Stephanie McMahon off, then mentions Daniel Bryan. Cena tells Bryan that he knows he’s recovering, but when he comes back, he will give him the opportunity at the WWE World Heavyweight Titles that he never lost. Cena leads the WWE Universe in a “YES” chant.
Stephanie McMahon asks the WWE Universe if they’re gamers. Stephanie tells John Cena that he will be the cover boy of WWE 2K15.

After the cover is revealed, Stephanie McMahon congratulates Cena for being on the cover. John Cena is thankful for being on the cover, but thinks something is up. Cena reminds Stephanie McMahon and Triple H of their faces after Money In The Bank.

Stephanie McMahon tries to explain that the photos are out of context, John Cena reminds The Authority that they have Seth Rollins, Randy Orton and Kane in their back pocket, but they can’t control him and whether they like it or not, The champ is out.
Triple H mocks John Cena’s accent, telling him to “chill” and mocks him for “thuggin’.” imitating a poor hip-hop accent.

After John Cena threatens Triple H in a Boston Accent, Triple H tells Cena that he doesn’t have a problem with him or his success, as long as Cena is respectful. Triple H tells Cena that his success can go away quickly, so Cena can either do things around here the easy way or the hard way. Cena tells Triple H that he’s not a stooge, and has always done it the hard way, so he will continue to do it the hard way.
Triple H tells John Cena that he wouldn’t have it any other way, then gives John Cena the hard way: A Fatal Four-Way Match at Battleground: It will be John Cena vs. Randy Orton, The Demon Kane and Roman Reigns. In addition to that, it will be Cena and Reigns vs. Orton and Kane tonight.

John Cena accepts the match at Battleground, saying if he wins at Battleground, then he’s earned this. If not, it’ll be embarrassing, almost like swimming in pool of crap. Cena makes more jokes at Stephanie McMahon’s expense, then leaves. Triple H reminds John Cena that if he survives the Fatal Four Way at Battleground, that there is always a Plan B. Seth Rollins’ theme plays and Rollins comes out with the MITB Briefcase.

Post-Match, Seth Rollins cuts Renee Young off then says to address him as Mr. Money In The Bank. Rollins says he’s not arrogant because he can back it up. Rollins calls the WWE Universe out for being bitter, then says he’s right and they were wrong. Rollins reminds the WWE Universe that he gets a shot at the WWE Title whenever he wants. Rollins gets interrupted by Dean Ambrose.
Dean Ambrose tells Seth Rollins that the only reason Seth Rollins won Money In The Bank was because after his Plan A failed miserable, his “Daddy” Triple H sent out his Plan B, “Uncle” Kane to make sure Seth Rollins won the match.
Dean Ambrose tells Seth Rollins that Rollins as Mr. Money In The Bank actually makes things more fun, because Ambrose vows to make sure Rollins never cashes it in. Ambrose calls Rollins’ briefcase TNT, because every time Seth Rollins tries to cash in, it’s going to blow up in his face.
Lana and Rusev speak:
Lana calls Rusev ‘s last opponent a failure, then says it’s okay because America is accustomed to failure. Lana says failure is woven in America’s culture. After a loud USA chant, Lana mocks it then tells the WWE Universe to shut up.
Lana mocks Americans for encouraging participating over winning, then talks about the one and only Vladimir Putin.
Lana says no one can stop the onslaught of Russia or Rusev. Lana questions who will be the next person to face Rusev. Rusev speaks in Russian, then says he will crush.
Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter come out.
Zeb Colter says he is sick of Rusev and Lana coming out and slamming their country week after week, then tells them to shut up. Colter tells Lana that she’s allowed say what she wants because of Freedom Of Speech, but that also means Colter is allowed to say what he wants. Colter, calling Rusev and Lana, Boris and Natasha, that the only reason she comes out here and trashes the USA is because she doesn’t have the freedom to do it in her country.
Zeb Colter calls out Lana out on taking advantage of the freedoms of America, then reminds her that she said nothing can stop the Rusev Crush. Colter says he knows what can stop it: A Real American, Jack Swagger.
Zeb Colter tells Rusev and Lana to stand there and listen to the sound of a Real American crashing over their heads. Zeb Colter leads the WWE Universe in a “We The People” chant. Lana calms Rusev down from attacking Jack Swagger as a loud “Let’s Go Swagger” chant breaks out.
Rusev tries to attack Jack Swagger, but Swagger takes him down with armdrags.

Nikki says she didn’t think she was making a mistake inviting Brie Bella to the ring last night. Stephanie McMahon tells Nikki that she and Brie have a match against The Funkadactyls tonight. Stephanie “remembers” that Brie doesn’t work here tonight, then tells Nikki that it’s a handicap match.
Bo Dallas speaks:
Bo Dallas thanks the WWE Universe for the reaction, then asks them to join him in 60 seconds of silence for two great Superstars, who are physically unable to compete these days: Bad News Barrett and Daniel Bryan.
After Bo Dallas’ moment of silence, Dallas says he was an inspiration last night. In addition to that, he was the bigger man. Bo Dallas shows the video of Daniel Bryan insulting him.
