We were there at TNA Basebrawl 2013 at MCU Park. It was a fitting event for a 4th of July weekend. Pro Wrestling is just as American as Nathan’s Hot Dogs, Baseball, Ice Cream and Fireworks. It was an ideal atmosphere for Kurt Angle, who faced Bully Ray for the TNA Championship in the main event. Even though he was not victorious, the Olympic Gold Medalist left his mark on the leader of the Aces and Eights, especially on his ankle:

But Kurt Angle wasn’t the only Olympic Athlete on display that night. In the crowd, a unique and creative Mark Henry t-shirt was proudly on display via WrestlingonEarth.com. The Artist behind the design is Michael aka @lamostarda aka Big Time Dinosaur.

 Whether Mark Henry is captaining of the 1996 US Olympic Weightlifting Team, calling us all a bunch of puppets or eating mint chocolate chip ice cream while holding kittens, he is the Mark Henry. THAT’S WHAT HE DOES! There were many highlights from the event, which we put up on our Facebook page, but first a pint of ice cream and visit to the pet store.
