After a mixed reaction for John Cena, Cena says there’s a lot of enthusiasm for Wrestlemania and he shares that enthusiasm. Cena says he’s signed a lot of contracts over the years, but this one is the most important. Rather than sign the most important contract, Cena talks about Rusev’s dominance and how Rusev is the United States Champion, which means he represents the United States Of America and Americans.
John Cena says he could come out and whoop Rusev, but it does no good as long as Rusev wears the United Championship, because as long as he’s champion, Rusev represents America.

Lonnie shows footage of Stephanie McMahon’s proposition to Cena and Lana accepting the match, saying there is no evidence of Rusev accepting, so the contract is null and void.
