What does the “CM” in CM Punk Stand for?

There have been many guesses:
Chick Magnet Punk?
Cookie Master Punk?
Chicago Made Punk?

but none have been confirmed.
Even the Chicago Cubs offered a suggestion when they invited CM Punk to throw the first pitch and sing the 7th inning stretch earlier:
