Triple H tells the WWE Unvierse that it’s funny he can come to Washington where Politicians make things worse year after year, while all he does is make things that are Best For Business, but he’s still the bad guy.
Triple H announces that at Money In The Bank, there will not only be the one Money In The Bank Ladder Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship., but there will also be a Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Triple H explains the rules of the Money In The Bank, then says it virtually guarantees the ability to write their own future.
Triple H reminds the WWE Universe that Seth Rollins is the first entrant in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Triple H is about to announce more participants, but says he made these decisions because they are best for business.

Triple H says any of the men in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match could be considered a favorite to win the briefcase, but if he was asked, he believes there is only one man that he thinks will win this: Rob Van Dam. Triple H starts laughing, saying he couldn’t say that with a straight face.
Triple H knows that there is only one man that is capable of winning the Money In The Bank Ladder Match: A Specialists, A Technician, A Ring General and the future of the WWE, Seth Rollins. Triple H brings out Seth Rollins.
After a loud, “You Sold Out” chant, Seth Rollins mocks the WWE Unvierse for not being over The Shield breakup. Rollins says it’s too bad that they’re not over it, because he’s over it. Rollins tells the WWE Universe that if they love Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns as much as they claim they do, they should be thanking him because he is responsible for all of their success.
Seth Rollins says he took The Shield as high as it could go, then he dropped the dead weight. Rollins says you can call him a sellout, then mocks Roman Reigns’ scowl and Dean Ambrose’s facial reactions.
Seth Rollins says neither Dean Ambrose or Roman Reigns will change a thing. Rollins says he created The Shield, so he has every right to destroy The Shield.
Seth Rollins says it’s no secret that The Shield helped get him this far, but this Sunday, Rollins and Rollins alone, will climb the ladder and grab the Money In The Bank Contract. Rollins says you can call him a sellout all you want, but this Sunday, you will be calling him Mr. Money In The Bank. Seth Rollins is interrupted by Rob Van Dam.
Rob Van Dam says Hi, then says he can’t help but feel like they don’t take him seriously. Seth Rollins says he takes RVD very seriously, but he would take him even more serious if this was 2005. RVD laughs it off then tells Rollins that 2005 was when Rollins was asking his parents to stay up late so he can watch RVD because he wanted to be a wrestler.
Rob Van Dam reminds Seth Rollins that not only is he a former Money In The Bank winner, but a former WWE Champion. Rob Van Dam tells Rollins that Triple H totally remembers when RVD crushed his trachea in the first Elimination Chamber Match.
After a loud RVD chant, Rob Van Dam reminds Triple H that he always says it’s lame to brag about the past, so let’s live in the present. Rob Van Dam challenges Seth Rollins to a match right now. Seth Rollins wants to fight RVD, so Triple H makes the match official.

After Seth Rollins escapes again, Dean Ambrose says he wants in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match, because if he’s not, he’s still coming to MITB anyway and he plans to mess up everything.
Backstage: Seth Rollins and Triple H are talking about Dean Ambrose. Rollins tells Triple H that he doesn’t want Ambrose to screw him over at Money In The Bank, so he wants Ambrose in the MITB Ladder Match. Rollins claims he controlled Dean Ambrose for 2 years in The Shield, so he needs Ambrose in a controlled environment. Rollins adds that he wants to see the look on Ambrose’s face when he becomes the MITB Winner. Triple H tells Rollins that if this blows up in his face, it’s on him. Rollins says he’s “got this,” so Triple H puts Ambrose in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
Match 05: Bad News Barrett vs. Dolph Ziggler (Intercontinental Title)
Bad News Barrett reminds the WWE Universe that Dolph Ziggler gained a fluke victory over him last week, but he’s afraid he’s got some bad news. Barrett says after he beats Ziggler tonight, then wins on Sunday, Dolph will be so embarrassed, he will be forced to change his name, just like Washington D.C.’s Racist, Losing Football Team.

Orton tells Vickie that he would say it was nice knowing her, but they both know that would be a lie. Orton walks off.
